There is no denying that Chuck Berry is a master talent when it comes to moves, but when it comes to the guitar, he has total game. Coming in at #1 is the legendary, Chuck Berry with Johnny B. Goode. The most under rated guitarist of all time is Aerosmith's, Joe Perry, who shows what being a musical genius is all about in the video, "Angel" while playing on a deserted highway, but he pulls no stops in "Walk This Way."
Other Notable Riffs: My personal favorite, Lindsey Buckingham, one of the most underrated guitar players to date. Richard Francis "Rick" Vito, who took over for Lindsey Buckingham from 1987-1991, is the Pennsylvania producer of beautiful stringed tunes. Rick has played with Fleetwood Mac, Bob Dylan and Bonnie Raitt.
The Number of the Beast-Iron Maiden, Whole Lotta Love-Led Zeppelin, I Can't Get No Satisfaction-Keith Richards, Lynard Skynard-Sweet Home Alabama, Black Dog-Led Zeppelin, Comfortably Numb-Pink Floyd, Crazy on You-Heart, Sweet Child O' Mine-Guns N' Rose, Smoke on the Water-Deep Purple, Enter Sandman-Metallica, Master of Puppets-Metallica, Tom Sawyer-Rush, Back in Black-AC/DC, Crazy Train-Ozzy Osbourne, Beat It-Michael Jackson, Plug in Baby-Muse, Voodoo Chile-Jimmy Hendrix, Smells Like Teen Spirit-Nirvana, and who can forget the guitar riff from one of rock's youngest guitarists, Paul Reynolds, from the pop band Flock of Seagulls in their hit song "I Ran."
Unique Sound Effects: It is pure genius, and they are the thing that can take a song to a whole other level if done right, and if they are, those background noises, special effects and sounds can take a so-so rock or metal song and turn it into a classic. Everything from adding bagpipes, high school bands, synthesizers and brass to hyping a song up with an orchestra or a children's choir has been used in various rock bands over the years and the results have proven to be nothing short of brilliant. There are virtually hundreds of songs with unique elements infused into their melody and musical structure that makes them totally distinguished from any other sound.
Some of the most popular songs that have made the list due to their unique, over the top and outstanding sounds include: Queen-Freddy Mercury " Live Illusion", Baba O' Riley-The Who, Iron Man-Black Sabbath, It's a long Way to the Top-AC/DC, More Than a Feeling-Boston, Paint it Black-The Rolling Stones, Bohemian Rhapsody-Queen, Yellow Submarine-The Beatles, Days of Future Passed-The Moody Blues, Nights in White Satin-The Moody Blues, Electric Light Orchestra-Out of the Blue Tour "Live at Wembley", Wild Child-Scorpions, Hair of the Dog-Nazareth, Touch of Grey-Grateful Dead- known for their"Wall of Sound" that consisted of a distortion-free sound system, Shoots and Ladders-Korn, Nothing Else Matters-Metallica, November Rain-Guns N' Roses, Pink Floyd-Run Like Hell, Pink Floyd-Another Brick in the Wall, Pink Floyd-Money, Fleetwood Mac-Tusk and Sadeness by Enigma.
The Highest Rated Rock Performances from Orchestra's: The number #1 spot with over 5 million hits on YouTube that sold out concerts worldwide, the dueling cellos from Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser of the two man group 2Cellos is like no other experience you will ever see. These guys rock out songs like AC/DC's Highway to Hell and You Shook Me All Night Long, U2's hit, With or Without You and Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven. 2. The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra-Knowing Me Knowing You-ABBA, Love of My Life-Queen, Shiny Happy People-R.E.M. and Penny Lane from the Beatles. 3. The London Symphony Orchestra-Stairway to Heaven.
